Client scammed and I'm receiving not support at all

Carolay - I can emphasize with you. Clients who don't pay for work should be suspended. But the fact is, that she is paying, and she is getting good reviews.  The question is then, why is she paying others, and getting good reviews from others, and not paying you?

 

Upwork is probably not going to suspend this clients account for the simple reason that she is paying. If she wasn't paying others, I'm sure UW would do something about it.

 

One thing YOU can do. is to look for your work on the internet. If you see it used or published anywhere, you can message this client that since she didn't pay you for the work you did, copyright still belongs to you. You can give her a deadline to pay and if she doesn't, let her know you'll be contacting the site's host provider with a DMCA notice and will have "your" content taken down.
