Client send email and phone number to open account regarding his company.

I hired a marketing assistant project. He share his email and phone number to include his contact info for real estate posting. After that client want me to open account for his company in verious markelplace like offerup, craiglist and facebook then I asked him to email address and phone number. Is this policy violation for account opening and asking email and phone number?
