Greetings,
A client has sent me offer for work today which I accepted some 2 hours ago and yet I cannot find the client's contract
in the UpWork hourly application to charge the hours. This never happened before.
Anyone for help?

Look at the start date of the contract.
I assume that the client accident set the start date to a FUTURE date.
Your contract will show up in the Upwork desktop time-tracker app once that date arrives.
