Client set the milestone but gave 50% work only

Hi, 

I am new over here . Please help me. 

My client set a milestone payment for doing 7 slide decks. After giving me 4 slide decks he said he will be sharing rest soon. He dint shared and it has been 3 days. The amount is in escrow. As per milestone i need to do all 7 slide decks, since client is now not sharing what are my rights? He is not responding too.

3 days is nothing, it's the weekend, and a holiday weekend in many countries as well.

WAIT. 

If you still haven't heard anything in a week or so, you could always submit for payment and change the amount to the percentage of the work that has been done. So, if you agreen for 7 slide decks for $350, for example, and you've done 4, you could submit for $200. 

But don't harass the client in the meantime. The client knows where you are.
