Client shared his whatsapp and telle info (He has posted 72 fake jobs)

I had marked him a red flag client before and described the reason but no action was taken, Now he has posted another fake job.
Anyone, please have a look at it.

I reported him here because he is trying to scam new users 72 job posts are quite a large no, Plus I had flagged him as Inappropriate before but didn't happen anything.
