Client suddenly cancelled contract

Hello

I have worked so hard to get the top rated badge and 100% job success score. Recently I had a client privately hire me then before any work began he suddenly cancelled. Now technically the project never started, no hours accrued or money exchanged but he did cancel. Will this now effect my status and if so why? It really should as this was out of my control! Please advise!

I meant, it really should NOT effect my status and if it does UpWork needs to fix this immediately.
