Client suspended permanently & was not paid yet contract shows active

Hello, i would like to get some idea on the client got permanently banned and didn’t  pay, why should the job appear after days and if i end it will my jss be hit ?

Or can upwork intervene and end it instead since its just making one nervous.

If I were you I would just keep the contract open and not end it. This way you will not get "No feedback given" which looks bad on your profile and it shouldnt effect your JSS. I have kept 10000$ contract open for months with no work submitted and it did not effect my JSS.

Upwork isn't going to ding your JSS because you couldn't finish your work for or get paid by a client Upwork itself suspended/banned.

Don't give this project or client another thought. They are what was and is no more.
