Client trying to hire me but my name is greyed out.

Hi, 

I have client who is trying to hire me, yet she has shown me a screenshot of her page where she is trying to hire me and my name where she should be able to click, is greyed out. 

Does anyone know why this is and why she cannot click my name to hire me?

Hi Alice,

I just checked this for you and wasn't able to replicate the issue your client is experiencing. The client can always go to your profile and either invite you or send you an offer by clicking "Hire Now."

Thank you for responding so quickly. I believe she also tried 'hire now' but nothing has worked. Are you able to assist her directly to figure out the issue? Is there a way I can privately let you know who it is?
