Client unresponsive to release

Hello There,
I  have submitted my worksheet before 11 days, Still my client haven't release my payment.
I requested him to release my payment as I have done as we contacted. But no replied at all. Last time he recommend me that- Instead of upwork he will contact via other apps, but he is not responding anywhere.
It shows that he is active on upwork and posting same job several times.
As I have completed my assignment ,I am sure I am eligible for my payment.
Would you please help me to resolved this issue?

Hi Mohammad,

To ensure that you are payment protected on Upwork, we always recommend that you only submit work for the fixed-price contract through the contract page by clicking on the "Request for payment" button. As you already did that, your client will have 14-days (3 days left) to review the work that you have submitted. If they don't come back within 14-days, the money in escrow will automatically be paid to your account. You can check this help article for more information.

And don't click the "Submit" button more than once, Mohammad.

Each time the "Submit" button is clicked the 14-day automatic payment period re-starts.
