Client updated milestone

Hi, recently my client updated the milestone, before that he activated and approved the milestone, and after 5 days I received payment on the balance, now after the updated milestone 5 days have passed, my balance has not changed. There are no changes in the reports tab, only the available balance. But in the contract room there is a heading “Remaining” and there is the amount that was indicated when updating the milestone. What should I do? Does my client need to do something?

Hi Pavel, 

Could you please confirm the Contract ID for the contract you are referring. Are you referring to the milestone that was released September 1? Please let me know so that I can look into this for you.

Hi Pavel,

 

I just checked your account and the last milestone number 8, was released to you on August 27. The funds from this milestone have become available to you on September 1, and you have already withdrawn them.
