Hello,
My client wants to change my rating. I haven't given her feedback, and it is within 14 days. In other words, the feedback isn't posted.
How can I advise her on how to change the rating? My understanding is that she should be able to edit still.
Is there a screenshot I can send her?
Thank you so much.

Have you enabled her to change feedback?
Please note that the private feedback, which determines your JSS, can't be changed.

Hi,
I can't enable her to change feedback because I haven't given her feedback yet.
She should be able to edit it, but I don't want to suggest looking for the edit button with a screenshot of what it looks like. Realistically, I feel like I have one chance for her to make the change without it being a hassle...
Can you help? (You know how much reviews matter for years to come!)
Thank you,
Jennifer

Hi Jennifer,
Due to the double-blind feedback system, the option to enable changes won't be available until the 14-day feedback period closes. You can check this help article for more information.
Thank you!

Hi,
So, they can't edit the review before it is finalized - is posted to my profile because it has been 14 days or I gave a review? That just doesn't make sense to me. I realize how they can edit it after it is finalized...
Sorry to push on this so much, but really think there must be an edit button.
Thanks,
Jennifer.

Hi Jennifer,
I'd like to confirm what Bojan has shared on this thread. Due to the double-blind feedback system, the option to enable changes won't be available until the 14-day feedback period closes. I'd recommend that you please check the help article that was shared with you as well for more information.

After leaving feedback, clients can't edit it unless the freelancer enabled them to do so, regardless of whether the freelancer has left feedback or not. Once left, that's it.
