Hello,
there is a client who gave me an unpaid test and I passed the test successfully,
Then he changed his name on Upwork many times, and finally contacted me from another account and gave me an offer (50$ in escrow out of 1000$),
I asked for two things, putting the whole amount in the escrow and giving me the offer from the main account, and he refused both.
May I ask if it is ok based on Upwork terms and rules to accept this offer?
Also, I hope experienced freelancers to tell me If I should accept this offer.

Within the rules, you can do this.
I advise you not to deal with this client. You are risking your account and it may be banned along with the bot of this cunning client. I know that 1000 is good money but you are toprated, with good history and can loose it all in one time.

99% it's a SCAM. Run away.
At the end, he will tell you that you must pay a 100$ membership fee to withdraw money from an unknown bank.
