My client wants to update my ratings however is unable to do so. Can you please help me here?

Hi Ayush,

Thank you for your message. You will need to enable to feedback change option for the client to update your ratings. Changes can be made to public feedback only. Private feedback remains on file and cannot be edited. You can refer to this help page for more information.
