It fell down because 12% of the clients who were asked if they would recommend you stated that they would not be very likely to recommend you, and yes, that is part of the private feedback and private feedback counts towards your JSS.
Natasha, it's worth noting that what may seem to the client like a pretty good answer to that question--say, a likelihood of 7 or 8 out of ten--can still result in a decline in rating.
That doesn't help you in terms of JSS impact, but it doesn't necessarily mean unhappy clients.
