Client won’t reply and finalize payment

Submitted completed work after client agreed on final changes. Submitted work... never head back again.

It’s been 18 days. Numerous attempts to resubmit and contact. Client won’t submit payment and money is in escrow...

Ryan,

 

Once you submit your work for payment on a fixed project milestone using the submit button, don't re-submit it to prompt the client to release payment.

 

Every time you formally submit your work that re-starts the 14-day automatic payment period.
