Hello Seniors

My Job Success Score is 94%

Clients who would recommend you was 90% but now it shows 87%, Why is that?

Recently I completed a job. the client provided me with 5-star ratings.

Today it shows Clients who would recommend you is 87%  ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The stars mean little. The clients what would recommend you is your lifetime aggregated private feedback, which is much more important. 87% is not great, so you should work on improving that.

"Private" means it isn't shared with you.

That said, the last contract is probably not the one that caused the stat to drop because "clients who would recommend you" is only recalculated after every several completed contracts, so it's been one of the last few contracts (potentially including contracts that were cancelled)
