Clients are not offering

Dear folks,

I have spent around two months now in upwork and bought around 100+ connects. Submitted 20 proposals, but didn’t get any offers yet. Its really demotivating for me. And in between upwork made my profile private by saying no projects offers yet, even after spending some amount and submitting maximum proposals not got any chance to work with a client.

Also 3 clients contacted and shared my strategy of solutioning. 2 of them are yet to reply.

Can someone help with a feasible solution, and a strategy to get the client offers.

Your strategy evolves around three commitments to yourself.
(A) Endure the rejection

(B) Continue your applications to points painful

(C) Engage a uber-competitive profile and portfolio.

You are competing with experienced Upworker's whose primary goal is to make sure they win the work and you do not. They have rent to pay, they have cars to afford, they have bank accounts to stuff with cash.  Just like you do.

So put it in your mind.  Your primary goal is to not worry about how long it takes to win work.  It will be a hard and brutal ascent.  Assume you will get crushed time and time again.  Then continue to compete without mercy.  This is part of the culling and Freelancer-land is exceptionally efficient in culling the weak.willed.  So, be strong-willed and compete.
