Clients feedback

Most clients don't give feedback on freelancers' proposals. It is unprofessional and rude.

It seems clients are in a favored position. Many of them publish jobs/vacancies and for 5 or more days no theirs activities.

If you search using the terms "not getting clients" and "unresponsive" you will find that this is commonplace on freelance platforms, including Upwork.

These conditions are something you accept and work with or decide are not right for you and look for other more personal ways to gain clients (e.g., networking, one-to-one conversations, etc.)

Essentially, the issues you are noting about Upwork are not bugs, they're features.

This is unlikely to change.

Most Upwork freelancers simply accept this. Many freelancers willingly accept this while earning large amounts of money.

Do you plan to

a) accept this?

b) reject this and leave the platform?
c) make a recommendation about how to change this?

d) ask questions about this so that you understand it better?

e) something else?
