We always ask the clients to close contracts when there is no more work for us to do on the contract.
When a client closes the contract herself, then she MUST leave feedback.
That solves the problem, and helps us avoid no-feedback contracts.

I don't see any In Progress jobs on your profile, except of course it isn't updated yet.
I'll go with what Preston said. You can respectfully ask the client to close the contract if there aren't any further needs on their side. That should take care of the feedback part.
