Clients who don't leave reviews

Hey there Upwork community, 

One thing that miffs me on Upwork is clients who don't leave a review and just disappear once the job has been completed successfully. 

What strategies do people use to ensure a client leaves a review? 
Does Upwork do anything on the client's end to prompt them to leave a review?

I just encourage clients to close the contract when the work is done, if I remember. That way they have to leave feedback.

If they don't, I close some occasionally, or leave them open.

They do no harm, so I don't really worry about them.

Looking at your profile, you seem to have a high percentage... What do you do to encourage clients to end contracts, and when?
