Clients who post job listings but then never respond to proposals

This is generally why I stay away from clients that do not have a job history. Doubly so for clients that do not have verified payment method.

 There was talk in the community at some point about refunding connects on inactive post listings, but nothing ever came of it.

I've noticed it even with clients who have successfully completed jobs with other freelancers.
