Clients who would recommend you dropped from 100% to 91%

But my JSS is 100%

What am I doing wrong?

That means you got poor private feedback

That means the poor private feedback happened since the JSS was last updated (Sunday) *OR* the client's feedback is excluded from the JSS calculation.

You'll know which is the case when the JSS is next recalculated on the second of May.

How about, Clients who would recommend you dropped but the latest project I closed is Aug 25 and the latest update of JSS is Aug 22 or is it from an old client but the Clients who would recommend you just updated now??

It has nothing to do with the date the JSS updated.

The "Clients who would recommend you" metric is only updated after every several closed contracts, so it could be one that closed months ago.
