Hi, 

I have always been wondering why should a client share the same job post several times and never takes time to interview or hire anyone from all the posts they shared even when they clearly got 50+ proposals on all the different  posts they shared?🤔

In what way do you imagine creating job posts again and again is fun?

They might find freelancers who agree to payment outside of upwork.

They either:

1. didnt find the best fit (i doubt it)

2. they are trying to scam / get freelancers to do free work outside of the network.

They probably were a team of 50 developers. They randomly kept opening job posts, all the rest applied. The poster interviewed them all. Each spent 4 connect to apply got 10 back because of interview. Upwork recently took action against this.
