Hi, is there any filter to Clients that post jobs on Upwork. There are jobs posted from more than 2 months ago. A job should not stay more than 3 weeks posted, if after 3 weeks is still there means the clients is not serious.
Another filter that can be used is the guarantie. It can be a simbolic amount, so that someone that just posts jobs for the pleasur of doing it, is being somehow limited.
Regards

I have been hired in a job that I submitted a proposal to when it was almost a month old. So, no.
Just ignore them and move on if you aren't interested in them.
Regarding clients paying to post a job, forget it. It is something that is not going to happen. There has been a lot of talk about this on the forums, over and over again. Most of the responses you can get here will be to tell you that they don't agree.
The same for requiring clients to verify their payments before posting a job. It will not happen.
We don't want Upwork to scare customers away.

You can sort your search results by newest, so you don't have to sort through old posts.
