Hello, I was having trouble creating an account so I started the process over with a different email. The first account I setup finally worked and now I would like to use the other email. I can not use that email because it is taken. I can not close the second account because the profile is not made. I would like to close the second account and change the email on my main account.

As a gentle reminder, users are not allowed to have more than one account regardless if the old account is closed. I was unable to locate the old account you are referring to. I'll share your concern with the Customer Support Team so that they can get in touch with you and assist you further.
