Hi,
Everytime I try to hire a freelance I get an error message (screenshot attached).
When I go to my profile, I can't edit any of the company details (another screenshot attached).
What I am I supposed to do to make this work???? I can't even close the account to start again, because UW won't let me!

I can't close my account. I constantly get an error saying 'We couldn't close your account at this time.' I dont have any bills outstanding or jobs open.
Please help me close it!!!!!!

I don't know why I can't
a) Hire anyone – I always get an error message saying I need to add an address
b) Edit my company details (there's no pencil icon
c) Why I appear to have two accounts, one with my name and one with my company
d) If I try to close the account, it says I'm not the owner, when I am
