Close one account and keep othe one active.

I mistakenly crreated two upwork accounts as a freelancer. So I have two accounts and I would like to cancel one and keep other one active. How can I cancel andac get my phone number updated in my other profile. Whenever I try to add the phone number to my other account which I would like to keep it, it throws me an error: Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your response. I can't find my name in the portal. But the email its associated is**Edited for community guidelines**as I used google account for setting up this upwork account and this account needs to be closed.
