Hello Upwork community,
I have just started my work in Upwork platform and had a small project. I have passed the verification, after this Upwork has asked me to submit additional documents which I did (my passport and bank statement). But Upwork was not able to verify my identity and suspended my account. I don't understand what is the reason for this.

Please let me know what else I can do to prove my identity.
