Hi,
I have an old job that has been done, feedback from the client and myself that still appears in progress ("in progress" section on my profile)
I can't close it so I assume I will need someone from Upwork to do it for me (the client has been unresponsive for 2 years and a half)

Hi Eric,
We can't close the contract instead of you, but you should be able to close it yourself. To do so, go to the contract page, click on the three dots (...), and select 'End contract' as shown in this screenshot.
