Colleague's account was suspended?

My colleague's account  was   suspended yesterday. He received an email and followed the steps mentioned, however there is no sign of a reply anywhere. He can't post nor reply to comments on here either which is why I'm doing it for him. Any way an admin can help?

Hi Joanne, problem is no one is replying. It's been more than 24 hrs. He's sent multiple follow ups and is unable to post or reply on here.
