Community chat bot, does it ever connect with support?

I've been trying to contact someone to help me with an issue with setting up my account, and after going in circles with the chat bot ended up waiting and waiting for it to connect me to support like it offered. Does it ever connect, or is it just a fake function intended to drive you to this stupid forum?

I did not know the chatbot caims to connect users to Customer Support.

That is the first time I have heard about that.

I suppose it is theoretically possible.

Maybe soembody else will offer a first-hand account describing their experience with this feature.
