Hello Everyone,

I am glad to have a chance to collect some knowledge from all you expereience guys...

I  am a freelancer on upwork since many years, many of my friends always ask me to join or create your own agency on upwork.

I always have many questions, so here they are

1- What are benefits/drawbacks on my individual profile if I join any agency

2- I am eligible to work independtly and can bid on projects invidually being as part of agency member.
