Recently upgraded to Upwork Plus but i am not seeing any competitor bids, please help

It let you show bid range only instead of showing each individual bid of your competitors.

You'll get to see the bidding ranges and not your competitors bidding. So if you open any job, you'll see suggestions to bid low, moderate and high
