Complain about Client

I worked with a client. I have developed the website successfully. Client has also paid the payment .Now after few days He is saying that he does not like my work. He is not giving me any reviews for my work

I designed and developed his website in his own server. So everythng was transparent and he was checking eah day progress. Whenever and whatever he has asked to do I did it. Now he is threatning me that he needs refund , otherwise he will take legal action in upwork against me

Please try to explain things with your client. Remind them of the details that you both discussed during the negotiation of the project. You may copy-paste some of the important terms you have where they agreed or send a screenshot of your conversation. You can discuss the terms of further engagement on the contract and attempt to resolve the situation amicably.
