My client refused to reviewed or approved submitted project for over week now, what do I do?

Clients have 14 days to review submitted milestones. This is their right and not a reasonu for any complaint.

If you have correctly submitted the work through the "submit for payment" function, the funds are automatically approved after 14 days, provided you do not click on "resubmit" - that resets the 14 day counter
