Hello,

I am back to Upwork after a long time (3 years around). When I log in to my account I see a notice on top saying

Action required: To avoid additional account restrictions, you must complete your identity verification video call with Upwork. You can initiate this call by chatting with an agent here.

Also, I see one more notice saying

Financial transactions for Prashant Omer (14251732) have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support.

I went through the links included on these Notices but nothing I can do on the support page.

I don't see any options to verify my account, while I was able to add my Finance details on my account profile settings.
