Completed $500 mark, But, still there are deducting 20% fees

Hi, I am completed $500 mark. But, still there are deducting 20% fees on my fixed price work. So, please tell me, why does this happen.

And what to do from my end?

Hi Bijaybrata,

As a freelancer, you’re charged a sliding fee based on your lifetime billings with each non-Enterprise client (not your total earnings).

In other words, it's $500 per client, not across the range of all clients.
