Completed Identity Verification Conference Call, still have notification banner asking to make the c

I completed my Identity Verification Conference Call around a week ago, everything went well but I still have the notification banner at the top of my screen. Also I tried to apply to a U.S. only job just now and couldn't. I am in the U.S. and my address listed on here is correct. What do I need to do?
