Completed W-8Ben, Not paid

I completed my W-8BEN, and I have total earnings of over $300 but it says my balance is $85. I was never paid. I'd like to track where the other money went, and to retreive it back. Kindly email me please!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your account and don't see any problem relating to W-8BEN. The reason why you don't see the full amount on your available balance right now is that your logged hours for billing week 05/16/2022-05/22/2022 are still currently in review. 

When working hourly contracts, we automatically invoice all time that you log in the Work Diary to the client. The invoicing schedule is as follows:

• Week 1 — You log time using the Upwork desktop app and Work Diary
• Week 2 — Your clients receive their invoices on Monday and are given until Friday to review the work
• Week 3 — Your earnings become available on the following Wednesday
