Completed job, client paid, but got no money

Hi. I'd appreciate some help with a problem. I completed a job on November the 7th, and the payment was recorded on my list of contracts, but I haven't received it. I get paid via Paypal.

Hi Robert,

I checked this for you and the funds you're referring to are already available on your Upwork account. You should be able to withdraw the available funds from your Upwork account to your payment method by using the Get Paid Now button under the Available tab or by going to your Settings> Get Paid and click Get Paid Now.
