I got an email from you saying a contract I'm working on is on hold. I'm not currently working on any contracts, and haven't sought work through Upwork for well over a year. The email says:

I don't understand what I'm supposed to do with this information. I want to make sure someone isn't using my name or my account. Thank you.

The contract you have received a notification for is an older contract that is still opened.
You have received this notification because of a problem on the client end. Our team has already reached out to the client and assisting them further.
