I got the offer and also she sent me the bonous of 40USD 

SHe is asking for the purchasing his plan to test it. 

Here is the message: 

We are currently looking to expand our streaming services to most parts of the regions. Currently, we are hiring testers to test our product services from different regions and send us honest report on how they are receiving the services.
For you to get hired you are supposed to have a credit/debit card, crypto wallet purchase after you gets hired.
We strictly hire on Upwork and all payment will be tracked on hourly contract.
You will need to have a wallet balance for the purchase/test payment. All purchase fee and labor fee are reimbursed on Upwork contract. strictly all payments will be done on Upwork
In case you are hired to test a 6-month package you will be required to have 36$ in your wallet for the first plan test, then you will be hired with 25$/hour for 15hour weekly limit and upon accepting the contract you will being receiving 40$ bonus to cover your purchase expenses.
N/B: We are currently testing 6 connection packages. Every package is independent and they have different weekly limit hours

I confirm, it is a scam. Report scammer and move forward. Your contract will be canceled by Upwork after scammer banned, dont worry about that.

Risky contract to accept, in my view. It does not smell well when too complex and requiring your funds and your data.

Guys She send the 40USD as a bonous and it is appearing in the Pending status from Upwork. If it is scame why she will send the Money?

Stolen CC used. It isnt a real money. Will be refunded after CC owner will report fraud.

She sent the money, from a stolen card, no doubt, to further invest you in the scam, and to make you think they are legitimate. They are not, and this is an old and common scam.

Got contacted with the same work. There is a pending $50 in my funds, and they keep telling me to proceed. I told them im not going to proceed unless the funds are cleared, been searching for someone to post. Finally!
