Conflicting information about disputes on hourly contracts

I'm trying to figure out the correct information here.

I've read that  "The client can only file a dispute during the review period - from Monday at 12 noon UTC until Friday at 23:59 UTC following the work week."

I've also read that "The client can dispute up to 30 days since the last payment."

These statements seem contradictory. Or am I missing something?

Please help clarify.

Essentially the 30 days applies, but the terms are extremely fuzzy (and appear to have been recently changed) what can actually happen within those 30 days...
