Confusing offer

I applied for a job to a **Edited for Community Guidelines**, and ended up with an offer, just confused as the person who messaged now to proceed is a different person from India saying to verify identity before accepting offer through the link he sent. I clicked on the link but my browser is blocking it saying it's a suspected phishing site. 
The client account shows 200+ hired but $0 spent. Can I flag this? Not really sure how clients can have different names but same photo.
