Connect Refund

Hello, I had a job cancelled as the person who posted the job was banned. Since Upwork cancelled the job, I should have my connects refunded but have not. No person was hired for the job, it was still in the interview phase. When should I expect these connects returned?

Please allow time for our team to complete this process and once they do you should get connects back if job post was in violation of Upwork TOS. You can view your Connects History in the Settings> Membership & Connects and find more information here.
