Has anyone been given a Connect reimbursement from UpWork for wasting Connects on scam websites?

Yes. Lots of people.

When Upwork removes a scam job for violating Upwork TOS, all freelancers who submitted proposals receive their connects back automatically.

I have applied to 5 of the scam jobs, and flagged all 5.

Only one of the 5 has been closed so far.

I did NOT receive a connect refund.
