Connect refunding

Hello! Something seems not to add up. I'm spending almost everything I earn in buying connects. Some jobs requires that your connects be refunded if you are not hired. I don't understand why mine is never refunded. Upwork team you need to address this issue. Alternatively, lower the bidding cost and charge it upon completion of a task. What are your opinions team? Thanks

No. They are refunded if NOBODY is hired.

Not if YOU are not hired.

Nope, they don't.

If you can't win enough work to make your ROI reasonable, this isn't the platform for you.

At the moment the platform is flooded, and clients are literally drowning in proposals.

The very last thing the platform needs is even more people with even more connects drowning even more clients in even more proposals.
