My connect balance is not showing in my dashboard, is this an issue or what? I am confident that I still have connect credit. This is upsetting as I am trying to submit proposals but it won't let me due to this error no connect available.
If you still have a balance but cannot submit, it means your connect is not enough for that job posting. Each posting have a different connect required. Try also clearing your browser cache, your connect count might not be updated.
Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or try using a different browser? I just checked and you do have Connects available for you to use. Please let us know if the issue persists.
