Connecting with another freelancer to collaborate on my clients project.

My client would like to connect with a webdesigner for a job I am hired for as a designer but the webdesigner is hired for web creation - How can I connect with Vipul (the webdesigner) to get the information I need to start the project for my client?

 tell the client your email / skype / whatever details and tell him to pass them on to the webdesigner?

Alternatively the client can set up an Upwork message room

I usually use skype for this purposes.
You should use 3 channells:
1. You - Client (for discussing things another freelancer do not need to know)
2. You - Another freelancer (for discussing things that client do not need to know)
3. You + Client + Another freelancer (for discussing things you, another freelancer and client needs to know). Actually I prefer conversations without this channel, cause either client, or another freelancer can use this channel instead of Another freelacer - Client channel, and I prefer do not read messages not related to me.
