Connection went down while taking a Skill Test

Dear Customer Support Team,
Recently I wanted to take an "English To Russian Translation Skills Test" but my connection went down on third question and since then I'm getting "Your test has expired. You cannot retake this test before 5/10/2017 12:32:00 PM" message.


How do I get help to unlock it for me since I don't have any result and it is vital to proof my skill with this test to get a job on this website.

Test results form just a portion of what we can show to prove our competence in the marketplace, Anton.  From experience, I have not had the chance to verify whether there is a mechanism to unlock test results outside the schedule.

Post this in the freelancer section. They are pretty cool about this stuff and will probably reset it for you.

I'll ask our team to check the test you took and reset it if possible. 

 

Update: I can confirm your test has been reset and you should be able to retake it now. Good luck!
